Proud of our LMI certificate holders: investing in growth and structure

At Allesvoorpadel, we believe that growth starts with our people. That is why we are proud of our colleagues Tim van der Meulen, Peter Oudshoorn and Kenny Leijendekkers, who recently obtained their LMI certification.

For the past six months, they have participated intensively in the programme Effective Personal Productivity from Leadership Management International, Inc (LMI). A course that focuses on personal development, focus and leadership.

More structure, calm and overview

During the programme, Tim, Peter and Kenny worked on creating more structure in their daily work. The result: more peace, better overview and, above all, more grip on what really matters.

They have learned to sharply define which activities add value for the company, our colleagues and our clients. By focusing on this, they now make even more impact within Allesvoorpadel every day.

Kenny Leijendekkers: “The biggest change for me is structure. By planning well and reserving fixed time blocks, I now have an overview as well as a grip on my work.”

Stronger as a team

What makes this process extra valuable is how they strengthen each other as a team. Each with their own qualities but with a shared focus on growth and development.

They not only look at their own performance but also actively invest in the development of colleagues. It is precisely this cooperation and mutual commitment that ensures we continue to grow as an organisation.

Tim van der Meulen: “With more structure and overview, I work a lot more focused. Combined with growth in self-confidence, I can pick up more projects faster and we can switch faster as a team.”

Peter Oudshoorn: “Working with a clear weekly schedule has given me more peace and structure. We now work better together as a team and are a lot more productive.”

Guidance with impact

The process was guided by Kees van der Wal, who supported and challenged the men throughout the process to get the best out of themselves.

Kees: “Kenny, Tim and Peter always worked hard but the question was: how effective is it? The programme gave them tools to work with structure and clear goals. This creates more focus, calm and overview and that is the real gain.”

His guidance has played an important role in achieving these great results and the strides made both personally and professionally.

On to further growth

By obtaining their LMI certification, Tim, Peter and Kenny are taking an important step in their development. We see them as powerful key employees within Allesvoorpadel, with a bright future ahead of them.
