Steel construction Padel
The Steel Construction Padel canopy is a sturdy construction to cover your padel courts. This structure contains steel plates up to 3 metres above ground level, but can also be constructed to ground level. The canopy has a clear height of 9 metres in the middle and slopes down to 6 metres. The Steel Construction Padel is the only canopy in our range that can be customised to your needs. This canopy helps combat noise problems experienced by many outdoor sports clubs.
Steel construction
In the steel structure of the Steel Building Padel, preserved anchors and fasteners allow the roof purlin to be placed, which is supported by ridge pulls and bolt purlin supports. Attached to the roof purlin are eave purlins and wall rails. The steel structure is coated with Z275 according to standard EN10346 and has a 10-year warranty. The steel construction calculation is done using detail calculations and is suitable from wind area 2. With various modifications, the canopy can also be made at cost for wind area 1. This makes the Steel Construction Padel suitable for Dutch weather conditions.
Roof and wall cladding
The sandwich roof panel of the Steel Construction Padel canopy is assembled and given a 40mm-0.63 anthracite coating. The panels are set using ridge pieces, lower lugs and fillers. Windscreens are also set. The walls are clad with single-walled profiled panels with a 0.63 anthracite coating and are set at the corners with corner pieces. The walls are finished up to 3 metres above ground level, but can also be finished down to ground level at additional cost.

The Steel Construction Padel canopy is calculated on the basis of both three and four padel courts. The price below does not include VAT, fees, foundation and padel courts. However, the price includes assembly and information for an environmental permit. For a roofing based on three padel courts with a size of 40 x 24 metres the price starts from €178,000 excluding VAT. A canopy for four padel courts measuring 50 x 24 metres starts from €198,500 excluding VAT.
