Based on planning, durability and technical requirements, we choose the right sports floor. Both systems provide a stable basis for professional construction.
The sports floor is installed and then immediately forms the basis for foundation, artificial grass and cage construction.
SuperSub sports floor: durable and water-permeable
SuperSub is an innovative, permeable concrete substrate specially developed for sports fields such as padel courts. Its porous nature allows rainwater to drain away quickly, even during heavy precipitation. In addition, SuperSub has insulating properties, reducing the risk of frost and limiting damage to artificial grass.
With a lifetime of around 40 years and a 10-year warranty, SuperSub is a reliable choice for locations where durability and long-term performance are key.
Durability and efficiency of SuperSub
SuperSub not only offers technical advantages, but also scores highly on sustainability. Its efficient material construction requires up to 90% less transport and CO₂ emissions are around 80% lower than traditional foundations.
In addition, SuperSub is poured in one day and the underlayer is up to half as thin as in regular constructions due to insulation. This creates an attractive price-quality ratio with the strength of concrete, but without unnecessary costs.

ZOAB sports flooring: fast and reliable
ZOAB (Very Open Asphalt Concrete) is a sports surface with an open structure and excellent water permeability. Rainwater is drained directly, keeping the track dry and safe quickly.
A major advantage of ZOAB is the speed of implementation. Construction of the paddle court can start as early as the day after the asphalt layer has been applied. This makes ZOAB ideal for projects where planning and quick completion are important.

Yes, Allesvoorpadel works with sports floors that meet current standards and are suitable for both recreational and professional use.
Our venue is difficult to access, what options do we have?
In this case, it is not possible to lay ZOAB. With Supersub, it works and in principle, pouring can be done up to 150 metres away. If further away, there are also options with intermediate pumping.
