At Sunset Padel we have once again been able to carry out a great extension. We had previously carried out work here in April 2023: the construction of three outdoor padel courts. With this latest expansion, the venue continues to grow, further increasing its capacity, enhancing the visitor experience and expanding its operational potential.
The project consists of a padel canopy with three new doubles padel courts and, in addition, a outdoor singles court. The three covered Redsport Pro NL courses are built on a durable ring foundation with a ZOAB sports floor and fitted with GP Padel 12 blue artificial grass. Thanks to the powerful Orion LED lighting (300W) Optimal playing conditions are guaranteed, both during the day and in the evenings.
The following has been chosen for the outdoor singles court: GP Balance artificial grass. The lower fibre density allows rainwater to drain away more quickly, ensuring that the pitch remains in excellent playing condition even in changeable weather conditions.
With this expansion, Sunset Padel now has four additional padel courts and the benefits of a modern padel canopy: more playing hours, higher court utilisation, less impact from the weather and a future-proof sports facility. Work on the padel courts and the canopy has now been successfully completed.
In addition, we will soon be carrying out the installation of a new catering unit, which will further expand the accommodation. Completion is scheduled for July 2026.
