STEP FOR STEP
A padelkiosk at your club starts with choosing the right model.
Every club has a different situation. Therefore, we always start with the question: do you only want to offer padel rental, do you want to expand this with snacks and drinks, or should the kiosk be placed outside? Based on that, you choose one of three models: Padel kiosk, combi kiosk and combi kiosk unit.
Allesvoorpadel places and installs the kiosk at your club. For the Padeliosk and Combi kiosk requires a dry, frost-free room with electricity and internet. The Combi kiosk unit can be placed outside on the park and contains a heating element so that the vending machine continues to function properly even at lower temperatures.
Players use the kiosk via the display and pay contactless with their bank card or via the app. After the door unlocks, they grab everything they need. After playing, rented rackets can be easily returned via the same payment method. The system records everything automatically and the deposit is later deducted from the final amount.
WHICH KIOSK SUITS YOUR PADEL CLUB?
Allesvoorpadel offers three different kiosk models. These are designed to padel clubs provide maximum flexibility depending on location and desired service offerings.
The padelkiosk is the basic solution for clubs offering racquet hire and sales of padel balls want to automate. Players can rent rackets and buy accessories independently without staff intervention. This kiosk is placed indoors in a dry and frost-free area such as a clubhouse or hall.
The Combi kiosk is an extension of the padelkiosk with an additional vending machine for snacks and drinks. This creates a complete service point for players. In addition to rackets and balls, players can also purchase sports drinks, protein bars or other snacks. This model is ideal for clubs that want to offer their players extra convenience.
When no suitable indoor space is available, the Combi kiosk can also be placed outside in a special unit. This container is equipped with a heating element and protects the machines from the weather. This allows players to use the kiosk on outdoor parks too, without the need for a clubhouse.
Full service: everything arranged for your club
The padel kiosk operates on a full service model. That means your club does not have to worry about stock management, maintenance or technical problems. Allesvoorpadel places the kiosk, fills it with materials and keeps track via online monitoring of when products need to be replenished.
In addition, we function as a service department. Questions from users, payments and any complaints are handled by us. We also regularly check the rackets and replace them when necessary. In this way, service quality always remains high.
Cost to the club
For the club, there are no purchase costs associated with the padel kiosk. All that is required is a place with electricity and internet. Other than that, we take over the operational side completely.
Indeed, clubs receive a commission on all rentals and sales from the kiosk. This commission is paid out periodically. So your club benefits not only from extra service for players, but also from an additional source of income.

Racquet rental challenges at padel clubs
Racquet rental seems simple, but in practice it often presents organisational challenges. Clubs rely on volunteers or bar staff, clubhouse opening hours and manual registration of rentals. During busy times, this can lead to waiting times or errors in administration. In addition, players today expect instant service: they want to be able to rent a racket or buy balls at their convenience. By automating this process with a Padeliosk service becomes more reliable and efficient. Clubs relieve their staff and players can use the facilities at any time.

How do players rent a padel racket?
Players press the "Rent/Buy" button on the display and choose a payment method. After payment, the door unlocks and they can grab anything they need. Then they close the door and confirm the payment. The system automatically records what has been taken from the kiosk.
How does returning rackets work?
After playing, the player selects "Return racket". The door unlocks and the racket can be returned. The system automatically checks that the racket has been returned correctly and processes the deposit.
Why has €10 been set aside?
This amount (€10) will be reserved on your account and will be adjusted to the effective amount. Example: €10 is reserved, you buy a can of balls for €7.50 which will be adjusted to €7.50 within 24/48 hours.
I cannot turn in my racket(s), now what?
Call the padel kiosk emergency number 085-0709417. If this fails, take the padel rackets home and email kiosk@allesvoorpadel.nl directly with the location and your phone number. Allesvoorpadel will contact you as soon as possible for a suitable solution.
I did not receive a return code
Don't worry, the return code only serves as a backup in case of payment or internet problems and you don't actually need it to return the rackets. Use the bank card!
Can I buy a racket from the vending machine?
No, you can't. If you do not put the racket back, you will automatically be charged a fine of €150, for 'stealing' the racket. You could, however, buy a racket through our padel shop. Please feel free to contact with shop@allesvoorpadel.nl.
What does the padel kiosk cost the club?
For the club, there are no purchase costs. Only electricity and internet must be available. In addition, the club receives commission on all rentals and sales.
Can the kiosk also be placed outside?
Yes. The Combi kiosk unit has been developed for this purpose. This is a container in which the kiosk is placed so that it is protected from the weather.
