CPT

A canopy contains heavy structures. CPTs are used to measure how much weight the subsoil can bear. This is measured by pressing a so-called CPT cone into the ground at a constant speed. CPTs must be carried out before Allesvoorpadel builds a canopy.

Environmental permit (Building Code)

Welstand policy exerts influence on the architecture, the materials used, the colours of the structure and so on. Municipal building regulations influence both the appearance of new buildings and alterations to existing buildings. Before Allesvoorpadel can build the canopy, environmental permits must be applied for and approved by the building standards committee.

Structural calculations (foundation)

If Allesvoorpadel is going to build a foundation for the canopy, a design is needed that complies with the regulations. This states which foundation should be placed. It also contains the correct construction calculation for the sports club's insurance. Allesvoorpadel makes the construction calculations itself with the structural engineer. We do this based on the probing data.

Quickscan Flora and Fauna

A quick scan of flora and fauna is an ecological survey in a given area. The aim of the quick scan flora and fauna is to map all plants and animals living in an area. This is necessary because a project may start in the area concerned or an environmental permit is required. Allesvoorpadel cannot build a canopy until the quickscan has been carried out.
