Four new padel courts with Steel Building canopy at LTVL Lelystad

The sports park of tennis and padel club LTVL Lelystad is being expanded for the third time by Allesvoorpadel. In early 2024, four new padel courts will be realised with a Steel construction canopy.

LTVL Lelystad was one of the first tennis clubs in 2015 to have two had padel courts built, well before padel achieved the fame that it enjoys today. We are now in 2023 and there are six padel courts on the club's sports park. Now four more padel courts will be added under a Steel Building canopy in early 2024. This canopy was developed by Allesvoorpadel and is considered the padel canopy of the future. Besides being equipped with a sound-absorbing roof, the canopy also offers the option of acoustically dampening walls down to ground level. Thus, the canopy minimises noise pollution. Moreover, the padel canopy allows players to play 365 days a year, ensuring continuity. Another special advantage of the Steel Construction canopy is the possibility of installing solar panels on the roof.

'Membership freeze can come off'
"LTVL welcomes this important expansion of the sports park. For several months there has been a membership freeze for padel players. With the arrival of these new padel courts, we will soon be able to admit new members again" said Pieter Hermus, chairman of tennis and padel association LTVL.

"Padel has been booming in recent years and this continues, fortunately also in our hometown of Lelystad," says Floris Siderius, director of Allesvoorpadel. "We are extremely excited to be able to build the padel courts in Lelystad at our partner LTVL Lelystad." Marketing manager of Allesvoorpadel Jorden Kallenbach agrees: "Allesvoorpadel is happy to contribute its bit to the sports offer in our home town of Lelystad."

Fine cooperation
LTVL Lelystad and Allesvoorpadel have worked a lot together in recent years. Among other things, Allesvoorpadel was the main sponsor of LTVL Lelystad's Lelystad Open tournament, which took place last July. The expansion of the sports park will therefore have a positive impact on this annual tournament. Both parties are very pleased with their long-standing cooperation and look forward to a prosperous construction period.
