Allesvoorpadel is looking for an enthusiastic contractor who likes to take responsibility and wants to build successful padel projects with us throughout the Netherlands. Do you have a passion for the sport and for technology? Then we would like to meet you!

Who are we?

Allesvoorpadel specialises in complete padel construction projects. With our own team of professionals, we build padel courts and everything around them: civil works, concrete structures, infrastructure and other construction works.

What will you do?

As a contractor, you are the pivot of our projects. You work closely with specialists from various disciplines and ensure smooth implementation from A to Z. You monitor the planning, budget and progress, and are responsible for technical and organisational management on site.

Your duties:

• Coordinate daily operations on the project site
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance with regulations
• Maintain contact with clients, subcontractors and the internal team
• Identify and resolve challenges in a timely manner
• Are you a connecting factor between execution and preparation
• No day is the same - you will make a difference on the project!
  
  

What do you bring?

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
• Relevant experience as a contractor within GWW and/or civil engineering
• Communicatively strong, connecting & able to enthuse teams
• Solution-oriented, accurate and organisationally strong
• In possession of VOL-VCA
• Knowledge of contract forms such as RAW specifications, framework agreements and UAV-GC
