Our offer
A Padeliosk is the vending machine for rental rackets and purchase of balls, grips and possibly snacks or drinks. There are three different models that can be customised.
Locations
Our padel kiosks are located in many different places throughout the Netherlands. Are you curious where our padel kiosks are located? Then take a look at the page locations. The Padel Kiosk is very easy to use to padel rackets to rent and padel balls buy. Each Padelkiosk includes a door sticker with a comprehensive roadmap About renting and returning rackets.
Buy or rent something?
Renting a padel racket or buying a tin of balls works very simply. You follow the following steps:
- Press the 'Buy/Rent' button on the display at the side of the Padel kiosk.
- Next, choose which payment method you want to use. You can choose from the Lova app via the QR code, or contactless payment. Is your bank card rejected? Then probably your contactless payment limit has been exceeded.
- After payment, the door unlocks. Now grab everything you need in one go. This prevents a second transaction (deposit reservation).
- Next, make sure the kiosk door is closed properly again. Otherwise, the next customer may make a purchase on your transaction.
- Then press 'Pay'.
- An amount of €10 will be reserved in your checking account. Of course, only the fees you incur will be charged.
- Leave your e-mail address and press 'Confirm'. Please note! It is important that you enter your e-mail address so that we can contact you in case of payment or return problems.
- Now you are all set to play a game of padel!
Returning a racket
After you have been able to padel, it is important to put the padel racket back in the Padel Kiosk. You can do this through the following steps:
- Press 'Return Racket'.
- Use the exact same payment method you used before. You will only need the return code in case of problems with the card/kiosk.
- The door unlocks. You can now quietly put your racket(s) back into the Padel Kiosk one by one. Note! If, when putting your racket back, the LED strip starts flashing red and the alarm goes off, take the racket back and wait until the LED strip turns green. Then you can gently put the racket back.
- When the rackets are placed back, press 'Confirm'.
- Didn't you return the racket? Then you risk a fine. The fine will automatically be deducted from your account.
- Please note! Balls you purchase and therefore cannot be returned at the Padel kiosk.

Frequently asked questions
Why has €10 been set aside?
This amount is a reservation amount. This will never effectively leave your account, but will be adjusted to the effective amount. The reservation amount (€10) will be replaced by the actual amount you bought for. Example: €10 euro is reserved. You buy a tube of balls for €7.50 euros. Within 24/48 hours - €10 euros will be replaced by €7.50 euros (every bank works differently so deviations may occur).
I cannot turn in my racket(s), now what?
Drop off the racket(s) at the bar and send an email to info@afp-trade.nl stating the number of rackets you left behind. We will check with the bar, and make sure there are no extra charges.
I did not receive a return code
No problem, the return code only serves as a backup and you don't actually need it to return your racket(s). Take the bank card you originally rented the rackets with, click 'Return racket' and 'Pay with bank card'. The Padel Kiosk will recognise your card and unlock the door, allowing you to return your racket.
Can I buy a racket from the vending machine?
No, this is not possible. If you do not put the racket back, you will automatically be charged a €150 fine, for 'stealing' the racket. You could, however, buy a racket through our padel shop. Feel free to contact us
