Sports floor for padel courts
Allesvoorpadel works with two proven sports floors for the construction of padel courts: SuperSub and ZOAB. Both systems provide a stable, durable subgrade and are applied depending on the location and situation. SuperSub is an innovative concrete floor with excellent water permeability and insulating properties, ideal for long-term use and challenging sites. ZOAB (Very Open Asphalt Concrete) is perfect for those who want speed: the court can be built up as early as the next day after construction. With these two solutions, we always offer a suitable base for every padel court, from recreational use to top-level sports.
Supersub
SuperSub is a durable, permeable concrete substrate specially developed for sports fields such as padel courts. Thanks to its porous character, SuperSub ensures optimal water drainage, even during heavy rainfall. The substrate is lightweight, highly insulating and provides a solid, stable base for years of playing pleasure.
With a lifespan of 40 years and a 10-year warranty, SuperSub is not only reliable but also an environmentally friendly choice: up to 90% less transport and 80% CO₂ reduction compared to traditional foundations. The short construction time - SuperSub is poured in one day - means the system can be installed quickly and effectively, even in hard-to-reach locations.
Features SuperSub sports floor
Thanks to its insulating properties, the underlayer is up to half as thin as with regular foundations. Frost has no chance to penetrate, preventing damage to the artificial grass and making the pitch immediately playable even after cold spells. SuperSub also scores highly in terms of sustainability. Only 100 litres of material are needed for 1,000 litres of SuperSub, which results in 90% fewer transport movements. CO₂ emissions are some 80% lower than for traditional constructions. .
In terms of value for money, SuperSub is particularly attractive: it offers the strength of a bonded foundation but without the high cost of traditional concrete structures.
ZOAB
ZOAB (Very Open Asphalt Concrete) is a new choice as a sports surface for padel courts. This asphalt construction is known for its open structure and excellent water permeability, allowing rainwater to drain quickly.
A major advantage of ZOAB is the speed of the construction process. Construction of the padel court can already start the day after the asphalt layer is applied.
ZOAB also provides a firm, flat and durable base for installing cages and artificial grass. Ideal for sites where speed, reliability and long-term performance must go hand in hand.

ZOAB (Very Open Asphalt Concrete) is an ideal sports surface for padel courts thanks to its open structure and excellent water permeability. Rainwater is quickly drained, keeping the court dry and safe - even after heavy precipitation.
A major advantage is the speed of construction: construction of the padel court can start the very next day after the asphalt layer has been applied. ZOAB provides a flat, stable and durable surface that requires little maintenance and has a noise-reducing effect. Perfect for locations where speed, quality and comfort come together.
