At Allesvoorpadel quality and innovation are key. To serve our customers even better, we have invested in the maintenance app Spot On. This app makes managing and communicating about padel maintenance easier than ever. With features designed specifically for the needs of padel clubs, we are taking a big step forward in service and efficiency. From January 2025, we will start using this app in full and communicate this to our customers.

Maintenance notifications in one click
Spot On allows customers to make instant maintenance reports. Whether it is a problem with the surface, the grid, or any other technical issue, everything can be easily communicated via the app. Thanks to a clear interface, customers can:

  • Pinpointing exactly what is going on.
  • Specifying the location of the problem.
  • Add evidence in the form of photos or videos.

These reports are sent directly to our service team so we can respond quickly and keep the track in top condition.

Tailor-made inspections and reports
Our maintenance team carries out regular inspections on padel courts. Thanks to Spot On, customers receive a detailed report after each inspection with:

  • An overview of the work carried out.
  • Recommendations for future maintenance.
  • An estimate of any costs.

This keeps our customers fully informed about the state of their jobs and what steps are needed to keep them in optimal condition.

Documenting minor maintenance yourself

A unique new feature of Spot On is the multi-year maintenance plan. This plan outlines expected maintenance costs over the next 10 years. Consider:

  • Biennial major maintenance.
  • Replacement of artificial turf after seven years.
  • Neoprene parts replaced after eight years.

With this insight, clubs can plan ahead, build financial reserves and avoid surprises.
