A Padeliosk is the vending machine for the rental of rackets and purchase of balls, grips and possibly snacks or drinks. There are three different models that can be customised. From a padel kiosk to a Combi kiosk combined in a Padel unit.
The door sticker of the padel kiosk features an extensive roadmap How to rent padel rackets and buy balls. At the Padel Kiosk, you first scan your bank card or the Lova app. That's how you open the door, and grab what you need. After you have chosen, press pay. The amount will automatically be deducted from your account. After playing, return the rented rackets. The deposit is automatically deducted from the final amount within 24 to 48 hours. Our Padeliosk is the only vending machine that allows the rental of rackets. This is because the door can be fully opened. That way, a racket can be rented and returned afterwards, with no staff required. Everything happens automatically through the combination of a high-tech weighing and camera system. We use a full service method. With this fantastic formula, we support you in filling and maintaining the padel kiosk. In addition, we handle all payments, questions and complaints and you as a club also receive commission on all sales and rentals.


Cost to the club
Does the club then not have to pay anything at all? No! Apart from providing internet and electricity, there are no costs for the club here Padeliosk connected. On the contrary, the club receives three monthly commissions on all rentals and sales from the Padel Kiosk.

Indoor and outdoor
The Padeliosk must indoor be placed. For the outdoor locations we have the Combi kiosk unit where the vending machine is mounted. We can also supply and fit these, so players can always benefit from the facilities you can offer as a company.

Is there a vending machine for renting rackets?
Yes, the Padel Kiosk is specially designed to rent out rackets automatically. Players can easily choose a racket via the kiosk, pay for it and take it with them immediately. This allows you to run your club worry-free and Allesvoorpadel helps with the Padel Kiosk to make the most of your club.
Is there a vending machine for selling balls?
Absolutely. The Padel Kiosk can sell balls in addition to rentals. This way, players always have the option to buy new balls directly before their match. This can be for indoor locations as well as outdoor locations with padel- and/or tennis courts.
I want to have a self-serving padel club, is that possible?
Yes that is possible. There are several components to consider as a club when you self serving want to be. This saves quite a lot in staff costs. Think of the right reservation system, a code to enter and the lighting of the courts to automatically jump on. It is also essential to provide rackets and balls. How does the padel kiosk for racket rental work?
Players choose the desired racket on the screen, pay via pin or app, and the kiosk immediately releases the racket. The player pays a deposit of €10, which is also refunded after one working day. After use, the racket can easily be returned to the kiosk via a code received by e-mail.
Can the kiosk also sell balls and accessories?
The kiosk can be filled according to customer requirements. Allesvoorpadel does advise what sells well and what prices are normal. In addition to balls, for example, sweatbands can also be used, grips or other materials are sold. So multiple brands are also possible in the kiosk, everything is based on the customer's wish.
Can the kiosk be personalised with club logo or branding?
Sure! The exterior of the kiosk can be fully customised with your club's corporate identity, logos and colours. This way, the Padel Kiosk perfectly in the club's look and feel.
Is there much stealing from the padel kiosk?
The kiosk contains a camera that films the user. These videos are watched only in case of disturbances. The advantage of the kiosk is that everything is bought by weight and is immediately debited. This means that you are a thief of your own wallet if you take everything and therefore the club has had a good sale.
How many rackets and balls will fit in the kiosk?
This depends on the model and configuration chosen. The layout will be assessed per location. Ask for the possibilities at Allesvoorpadel.
How are rackets checked for return from the padel kiosk?
The kiosk registers each rental based on the payment card linked to an email address. Players must return the racket to the kiosk themselves. Should this not be done, there is a fine per racket not returned which is automatically deducted from the account.
How long does it take to install a padel kiosk and what does it require?
The Padel Kiosk is installed within a few hours. All the club needs to organise is to have an internet cable and power. After that, it can be up and running quickly.
Does the kiosk work with pin or app?
The kiosk supports various payment methods, including debit card, credit card and mobile payment apps. This makes it simple and accessible to every player.

Why has €10 been set aside?
This amount is a reservation amount. This will never effectively leave your account, but will be adjusted to the effective amount. The reservation amount (€10) will be replaced by the actual amount you bought for. Example: €10 euro is reserved. You buy a tube of balls for €7.50 euros. Within 24/48 hours - €10 euros will be replaced by €7.50 euros (every bank works differently so deviations may occur).
I cannot turn in my racket(s), now what?
Drop off the racket(s) at the bar and send an email to info@afp-trade.nl stating the number of rackets you left behind. We will check with the bar, and make sure there are no extra charges.
I did not receive a return code
No problem, the return code only serves as a backup and you don't actually need it to return your racket(s). Take the bank card you originally rented the rackets with, click 'Return racket' and 'Pay with bank card'. The Padel Kiosk will recognise your card and unlock the door, allowing you to return your racket.
Can I buy a racket from the vending machine?
No, this is not possible. If you do not put the racket back, you will automatically be charged a €150 fine, for 'stealing' the racket. You could, however, buy a racket through our padel shop. Feel free to contact us
