In this article, Kenny Leijendekkers and Peter Oudshoorn of Allesvoorpadel talk about padel courts and the implementation of STA software. Kenny works as a work planner in the office, while Peter is responsible on the shop floor for the substructure and construction of padel courts. The growth of Allesvoorpadel
It cannot have escaped anyone's notice that interest in padel has grown tremendously in recent years. Since 2015, Allesvoorpadel has been active in realising padel courts, canopies, annual maintenance, facilities for padel racket rental and managing an extensive web shop with padel articles. The demand for padel courts continues to grow. For example, they recently built three indoor courts, four indoor courts and one outdoor court in several phases at Flevopadel in Lelystad.

STA software: a necessary step in the work process
When building outdoor padel courts, it has become an obligation that the process must be monitored by a quality assurance officer, this is a legal requirement. Since April, Allesvoorpadel has been using STA software to clearly register all projects in- and outdoors and comply with the Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb). As a result, the process of each construction project is accurately monitored and recorded.

"It is an extra step in the work process, which makes the execution a little less efficient at the beginning, but in the long run it has advantages for us and we can ensure the quality we want to deliver at all times," Kenny said.

What makes a padel court successful?
When I ask what they think makes a successful padel court, Kenny and Peter agree: quality is paramount. At Allesvoorpadel, they guarantee high quality in all facets of the process: from preparation and execution to aftercare after completion. "We can say that Allesvoorpadel excels in this," says Peter. "We do everything we can to ensure quality from A to Z."

The use of STA software is a valuable innovation step. It allows Allesvoorpadel to demonstrate during delivery and inspection that the work process has been fully and accurately recorded. Reports of all work processes can be printed out, which is useful as a contractor, but also comes across as professional to clients. They are very satisfied with this at Allesvoorpadel. With about 2,400 more expected to be laid in the Netherlands, Kenny, Peter and the rest of the team are far from finished.
