Certification
At Allesvoorpadel, we value quality, safety and reliability. That is why, as a padel court builder, we are proud of our VCA certification. VCA, which stands for Safety, Health and Environmental Checklist Contractors, is an internationally recognised certificate indicating that our company meets the highest safety, health and environmental standards.
Since the establishment of Padelbouw in 2015, a close-knit club of employees has emerged. In 2023, the name changed to Allesvoorpadel and the club of employees expanded to 26 employees. DIRECTOR
Floris Siderius
After years of experience as a project manager/operator in infrastructure, Floris started Padelbouw B.V. He himself became interested in the sport about six years ago. He plays a weekly (sometimes daily) game of padel. His vision for the company is not focused on price, but on quality. He wants Allesvoorpadel to stand out in the field of customisation and furnishing complete (padel) courts.

MANAGER
All tennis players and padel players around Biddinghuizen know Dennis as former technical chairman at BAS Tennis & Padel. Floris and Dennis came into contact as the first padel court was realised in Biddinghuizen in 2017. Thus, Dennis joined Padelbouw BV in 2020 to pick up sales of Padel Construction and Padel Maintenance. Since February 2024, Dennis has been the business manager of Allesvoorpadel. His approach to taking Allesvoorpadel to the next level is by always being honest and sincere to the customer while giving the best advice.

EXECUTIVE
Peter Oudshoorn
Peter started in steel construction. He then worked in civil engineering for 21 years. So Peter has a lot of experience for the substructure and construction of the padel courts. Of the 21 years Peter worked in civil engineering, he worked with Floris for 15 of them. Through Floris, he therefore got involved with Allesvoorpadel. He is responsible for managing the construction of our products from start to finish. He also ensures that quality remains high.

EXECUTIVE
Tim van der Meulen
Tim worked for about 12 years as an upholsterer in the events industry and then a few years in artificial grass. He has been with this beautiful company from the very beginning and has seen everything grow up from the beginning. So has his position, where he started in 2016 as a mechanic on the construction crew, he has progressed as a foreman since 2023.

Jeroen Nolte
Since 1 November, Jeroen has joined our team as Sales Manager at Allesvoorpadel. With 44 years of experience in competitive sports and a background in both financial services and sports retail, he brings with him a unique combination of passion and expertise. Jeroen is a socially driven sports enthusiast who is always pushing boundaries. His experience as owner of a sports retail shop and manager of a padel club make him the person to provide our customers with honest advice.

CALCULATOR
Peter Ruiter
With years of experience as a construction draughtsman and calculator, Peter Ruiter has been ensuring clear and complete calculations at Allesvoorpadel since January 2025, so that clients are never faced with surprises. Once a fanatic on the tennis court, padel has now captured his heart. He can perfectly combine his passion for sports and construction at Allesvoorpadel!

SALES MANAGER
Yvette Siderius
Yvette started in sales in 2009. She worked at a decorative paving company for over 12 years. Since Yvette likes to get in touch with people, she started as sales manager of the Padelkiosk and Padelshop departments in 2022. In this position, Yvette sells padel equipment and even bigger our Padelkiosk, the vendig machine for racket rental.

MARKETING MANAGER
Jorden started in the sports industry five years ago as a marketer and sports management at both commercial and community sports organisations. In May 2022, he started as an intern at Padelbouw. Since October 2022, he has been employed as marketing manager for all departments within Allesvoorpadel.

WORK PLANNER/BUYER
Remco Croese
Remco started in transport & logistics and worked within this industry for 16 years. He was the first point of contact for two large customers and mainly dealt with purchasing, planning and invoicing. During his holidays, he came into contact with the sport of padel. Through this, he came into contact with Floris Siderius. Now he is the buyer and planner of Allesvoorpadel.

TECHNICAL DRAUGHTSMAN
Roy Slagt
Roy has been with Allesvoorpadel since 2021. He started as a padel court builder in the field, but always had a penchant for drawing. Roy noticed he was ready for a new challenge and got the chance to become a technical draughtsman at Allesvoorpadel.

WORK PLANNER
Kenny Leijendekkers
Right after high school, Kenny started working in the aircraft industry. There, he worked as an Air Charter Broker. After eight years, he started working as a branch manager at a storage company. From Kenny's tennis past, he started attending a padel match. The love for padel struck and now Kenny can be found on the padel court three times a week. This is how he came into contact with Floris. Kenny has started working as an account manager at Allesvoorpadel since August 2023.

Chantal Hajenius
Chantal has had experience in Recruitment since 2006 and in HR since 2013. In 2023, Chantal joined the team as HR Business Partner at Allesvoorpadel. Chantal fulfils an essential role, where she actively contributes to the support and growth of the team. She understands better than anyone the importance of bringing the right people together and fostering a working environment where employees enjoy working.
